This is a scene at an airport where an emergency has occurred. An airplane with a fire in its left engine has stopped, and the evacuation slide at the L1 door has been deployed, although no one has escaped yet. Fire trucks and ambulances are positioned near the aircraft to respond to the situation. Another airplane on short final was attempting to land but is executing a go-around. At the end of the runway, several aircraft are waiting in line for takeoff, and there are many birds and a fox near the side of the runway.

A four-picture story where, 15 minutes after a pre-departure briefing at 15:00, three dogs enter the airport grounds through a hole in the fence, observed by a controller through binoculars. One hour later, three police cars chase the dogs, and two hours later, the runway reopens, allowing one aircraft to take off while a long queue of aircraft waits on the taxiway. The scenario also addresses concerns regarding fuel monitoring and safety precautions required during refueling operations due to departure delays.
