The image shows a cabin crew briefing taking place inside the aircraft cabin, with cleaning underway toward the rear of the cabin.
The sequence shows: ① the aircraft about to spot-in, with liquid leaking from the right engine; ② from the cockpit’s point of view, a marshaller pointing at the right engine and waving the light sticks; ③ fire breaking out from the right engine and spreading to the right wing, with passengers deplaning via stairs; ④ the cockpit crew evacuating through the cockpit window on a rope, with fire trucks arriving on scene.
The examiner was a woman named Christina, who appeared to be of mixed heritage. Her English was very easy to understand.
