1. Three dogs are running towards us from a broken fence. 2. A controller in the control tower observes this and announces "RWY CLOSE". 3. Two dogs are on the runway, and one is in the apron area, being pursued. There are also three airport operations vehicles. 4. The runway has opened, but nearly ten aircraft are waiting in line for takeoff.
