Follow-up Questions (ATC):
While flying the Fukuoka (FUK) Downwind at 1500 feet, and cleared to land Runway 34. I was instructed to turn a picture, and upon doing so, saw an aircraft entering Runway 34 for takeoff. After reporting a Go-Around (GA), I was instructed to "Maintain Runway Heading, Climb 1500 feet". Turning another picture revealed traffic (TFC) on the downwind. After receiving traffic information and reporting "traffic in sight", I was cleared to "Follow the traffic, Cleared for Visual Approach Runway 34".
