What was the worst-case scenario you have experienced so far?

4/6-Panel Sequence: FC-7

First, as noted on the EGT review site, the illustration showed RWY 09 and 27 reversed. To add to the description of the illustration, illustration ② seemed to have the text "RW27→RW09", and illustration ③ showed the pilot acknowledging with "ROGER".
